been well-studied but we do know the adults are predaceous. You usually find them in a predatory stance on leaves of bushes and and other plants. They search leaf surfaces for soft-bodied invertebrates like aphids then capture and consume them. They are easy to find and easy to photograph. Nice critters for kids to learn and look for.
